Catherine Belbin Communications (CBC) is a Dubai-based bespoke full-service media and publishing studio for the creative community - including architects, designers, furniture manufacturers - that specializes in curating content and messaging to effectively convey your message to your target audience. CBC provides a personalized service for our clients to customize the perfect messages, content and delivery channels for them, generating genuine editorial content that elevates them above their peers.
The studio was created by editor and publisher Catherine Belbin, who has been at the forefront of the design media in the UAE for over two decades. Her interest in architecture and design was aroused during her years as a Gulf News Bureau Chief and Foreign Correspondent, interviewing prominent international architects and designers. In 2002, she identified the need for a design-focused publication, which led to the launch of identity magazine and the identity Design Awards. As the founding editor of the region’s first magazine dedicated to contemporary architecture, design and interiors, she helped establish a new genre of publications in the Middle East. After 18 years at the helm as Group Editor and Publisher, she founded Catherine Belbin Communications, a niche publishing and content bureau. She is recognised by leading international brands and design personalities for her expertise and the role that she has played in the development of design media in the region.

With her extensive experience of working with a variety of associated professionals, Catherine has assembled a collaboration of experienced writers, photographers, graphic designers and others to ensure that CBC provides its clients with services of the utmost quality.
